Ighocore Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Licensing Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products and services provided by Ighocore are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product solely for personal or business use, as per the selected license type (e.g., single-use, multi-use).
Product Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our digital solutions are compatible with current browsers, CMS platforms, and devices. However, we do not guarantee future compatibility as technology evolves. Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility requirements are met before purchase or deployment.
Delivery
All digital services and products are delivered electronically through our secured channels. Once your payment is confirmed or contract is signed, we initiate service delivery as outlined in your agreement or scope of work.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights related to our services, source code, brand assets, content, and software remain the property of Ighocore Solutions Inc., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Browser Compatibility
Our websites and digital products are tested on the latest versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We do not guarantee full functionality on outdated or unsupported browsers.
Updates
Clients may receive software updates, bug fixes, or security patches at our discretion. We are not responsible for issues resulting from failure to apply updates or modifications by third parties.
Theme Support
Support is provided as defined in your service agreement. This includes installation assistance, configuration guidance, and minor bug fixes. Extended support or customization may incur additional fees.
Price Changes
Ighocore Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing for any of its services or digital products at any time without prior notice. Existing clients will be notified in advance of any changes affecting active subscriptions or renewals.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and time-bound services, all sales are final. Refunds may only be issued in rare cases of non-delivery or service failure, subject to management review and approval.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
